Crows I have known

Crows are everywhere: like pigeons in the city or seagulls on the shore. They are so common, it's easy to overlook them. I don't remember the precise moment I stopped looking past crows and started noticing them in front of me, but that's the day I noticed how fascinating they are. They are intelligent, social, vocal, and have complex relationships. They notice (and comment on) everything that goes on. They ride the wind on stormy days, seemingly for fun.
